I don't have guides for the missions, but I have the cooldown times before you can do them again for most of the missions.
ReplyDelete"Explore" missions = 24 hours (after first mission of string)
Chip Race 1-3 = 3 hours each
"Mail Carrier" missions = 2 hours (after first mission of string)
"Pigeon Pass" mission = 1 hour
"Scout" missions = 6 hours (after first mission of string)
Blackjack mission = 3 hours
Slot Machine mission = 3 hours
Poker mission = 3 hours (assumed since the above 2 are similar missions)
You can shift which mission starts from a string of missions by waiting for the mission cooldown time to lap before finishing the string, not including the "Mail Carrier" missions.
Sorry, forgot to include the flying piggy bank with other cooldown times. It's not a mission, it's a pink pig with wings that shows up in a random spot on the map.

The first 3 "Scout" missions you need to talk to James, Luke and Lane. It can be difficult to find them for new people, so I'll post them here.

Luke = Chip Race 1 mission giver (zone 1B0)
Lane = "Pigeon Pass" mission giver (zone 1A0)
The last 3 "Scout" missions you need to find 10 pigeon groups (like the ones next to Lane), enter 5 Real Estate buildings, and finally walk next to 5 Banks. These are simple to do and you can use a taxi to help speed it up for all of the these and other missions, except for "Lost Address" missions from the "Mail Carrier" mission giver.
